From all of us here at the Pi Chapter of Delta Delta Delta, we’re very excited that you’re interested in joining the Greek community of UC Berkeley! It truly is a rewarding experience that you will remember for the rest of your life. With many chapters to explore, it is likely that you will find a house where you will feel right at home in. We hope that Delta Delta Delta can be that house for you.
When I first came to Cal, I didn’t think that Greek life would be for me. Yet, I decided to give Fall Primary Recruitment a chance. Three years later, and the decision to join Tri Delta has been the best I’ve made here at Cal. Tri Delta has given me countless opportunities both academically and professionally, it has become my home away from home, and most importantly, it has surrounded me with intelligent, driven, and positive women who have enriched my life immensely. From the Haas School of Business to the College of Engineering, the women in our chapter study a diverse set of majors and minors. From being a student body Senator to hosting her own art exhibit, my sisters also have a variety of interests and passions. Last but not least, we are also incredibly involved in our philanthropy, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Here at Cal, we are incredibly proud to say that we are consistently the highest fundraising chapter on campus. Together, we strive to help each other grow individually and as a chapter in every possible way.
Whether you’re set on going through recruitment or are still hesitant about the process, I highly encourage you to go Greek. Recruitment can be a daunting and overwhelming process, but there’s no better feeling than finding a place that you can call home and women than you can call your family. On behalf of the Pi Chapter, we wish you the best of luck in recruitment and finding your home here at Berkeley.
